Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-28
These terms govern your use of mesh.com.qa. By browsing, ordering, or sending us a custom-order request you agree to them. They take effect on the date shown above.
Acceptance of these terms
Using the site means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or order from us.
About Mesh
Mesh is the trading name of Mesh Designs and Craftwork, a sole-proprietorship registered with Qatar's Ministry of Commerce and Industry under Commercial Registration 329233.
Registered address: Doha, State of Qatar. As a home-based sole-proprietorship our full address is provided by email to legitimate inquiries — please email studio@mesh.com.qa.
WhatsApp is our primary customer-facing channel. The wa.me link on /contact opens a chat with the operator's business WhatsApp number. We do not operate a separate landline.
Email: studio@mesh.com.qa.
These disclosures are made in line with Qatar Electronic Commerce Law Art. 17. If a regulatory or legal authority requires the full registered address or a telephone number for verification, please email and we will provide them privately within 2 business days.
Products, pricing, and tax
All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) inclusive of any applicable tax (Qatar does not currently apply VAT or sales tax to retail goods; if such tax is introduced, the prices shown will be inclusive of the applicable tax at the rate prevailing at checkout). Delivery charges, if any, are stated at checkout before you confirm payment.
Prices can change at any time. The price you see on the product page at the moment you click "Add to Cart" is the price honoured at checkout. If a clear pricing error has occurred, we will contact you before charging your card to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order at no cost. We do not charge a different amount than the price shown without your explicit agreement. If you do not agree to the corrected price, your order will be cancelled and any amount paid refunded in full.
If an item is out of stock when you order, we print it for you and deliver once ready. The locked stock disclaimer on every product page describes this.
Orders, payment, and cancellation
There are two ways to pay at launch:
Full payment online via SkipCash (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card). The card details never reach our servers; SkipCash handles them on their hosted checkout page.
WhatsApp checkout — you submit the order with no payment, we reply on WhatsApp to confirm and arrange payment via one of: SkipCash link, bank transfer, or cash on delivery within Doha only (minimum order value of QAR 100, no surcharge).
Our server recomputes the cart total when you submit. If a price has changed since you added an item, we will surface that before charging.
You can cancel a paid catalogue order at any time before we mark it as shipped by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing studio@mesh.com.qa. Pre-production custom-order cancellations are covered by our Returns Policy at /returns.
For cash-on-delivery orders, if you are unreachable for delivery after two attempts within five business days, we will cancel the order. If the order was a printed-to-order or custom piece, a documented re-stocking equivalent of the order total may be invoiced to recover incurred material cost.
Custom orders
When you upload an STL file, a reference image, or paste a marketplace link, you warrant that you own or are licensed to print the model. You agree to compensate Mesh for any third-party claim, including reasonable legal costs, arising from a breach of that warranty. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion if we have reason to believe a model is not properly licensed.
We try to verify marketplace links against the source licence before accepting the order, and may decline orders we believe are not properly licensed. Final responsibility for licensing remains with you under the warranty above.
Because each custom order is made specifically for you, the 7-working-day right of cancellation under Qatar's Electronic Commerce Law Art. 22 does not apply once production has begun. You will be asked to confirm this exclusion before payment.
Intellectual property
All catalogue imagery, brand marks, and original designs published on mesh.com.qa are owned by Mesh Designs and Craftwork. You may not redistribute or use them commercially without written permission.
Files you submit for custom orders remain your property. By submitting a file you grant Mesh a non-exclusive, royalty-free, time-limited licence to store, copy, slice, and otherwise process the file solely to produce, deliver, and where applicable replace your order. This licence ends when the order is delivered and any return window has closed, after which we delete or anonymise the file unless you ask us in writing to keep it.
Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver within Qatar only. Typical lead times are stated at order time and depend on whether the item is in stock or printed to order. Delivery dates are best estimates, not guarantees.
Mesh does not target or solicit customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions. The site is offered solely to consumers ordering for delivery in Qatar.
Returns and refunds
See our separate Returns Policy at /returns for the rules on returns, refunds, and defective items. The Returns Policy forms part of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from your use of the site or your order are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. We will try to resolve any complaint informally first — please email studio@mesh.com.qa, and we will acknowledge within 2 business days and respond within 7 days, as required by Qatar Consumer Protection Law Art. 18. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may file a consumer complaint with the Consumer Protection Department of Qatar's Ministry of Commerce and Industry (cpd.gov.qa or 16001), or refer the matter to the courts of the State of Qatar, which have exclusive jurisdiction.
Privacy
See our separate Privacy Policy at /privacy for what data we collect and how we use it. The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Complaints
To file a complaint, email studio@mesh.com.qa with the subject "Complaint — [your order number]" or message us on WhatsApp via the link on /contact. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and substantively respond within 7 days, as required by Qatar Consumer Protection Law Art. 18. If the matter is unresolved you may escalate to the Consumer Protection Department of Qatar's Ministry of Commerce and Industry (cpd.gov.qa or 16001).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Qatari law, Mesh's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Mesh is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of use, or damage to property arising from the intended or unintended use of a printed piece. This limitation does not apply to your obligations under §5 (Custom orders) — your warranty and indemnity to Mesh are not capped by this clause. Nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Qatari law.
Events beyond our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform an order where the cause is outside our reasonable control, including printer hardware failure, supply-chain disruption, courier disruption, power or internet outage, or government action. We will tell you promptly and offer a revised timeline or a refund of any amount paid for the affected order.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a Qatari court, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while preserving its commercial intent.
