Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy follows Qatar consumer-protection practice and the cancellation rights under Qatar Electronic Commerce Law Art. 22 and Consumer Protection Law Arts. 5 and 11. It takes effect on the date shown above. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service form part of this policy where they govern data handling and the wider commercial relationship.
Catalogue products (in-stock prints)
You may cancel and return any catalogue item in its original, undamaged condition within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund, in line with Qatar Electronic Commerce Law Art. 22. Notify us within those 7 working days; we will issue the refund within 14 days of your notification. You pay the return shipping. We do not require the goods to be returned before issuing the refund, but reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect the item.
Custom orders
Custom orders (STL uploads, reference images, marketplace-link orders) cannot be returned once production has begun — each piece is printed specifically for you and has no resale value. This is the custom-made-goods exception to the cancellation right under Qatar Electronic Commerce Law Art. 22, and is disclosed to you before payment.
If you cancel a custom order before production begins, we refund any amount paid in full, less any documented third-party costs already incurred (for example, paid licence fees on the source model). We do not charge a flat administrative fee. This third-party-cost deduction is separate from the loss-of-value deduction described in §1, which applies only to catalogue returns and only where you have used the item beyond what was necessary to inspect it.
Defective or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or has a print defect, we offer either a full refund or a free replacement — your choice.
For visible damage or print defects, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo so we can resolve it quickly. For items bought as gifts, please notify us within 7 days of the recipient receiving the item, up to a maximum of 30 days from the delivery date.
For latent defects not reasonably discoverable on receipt, the standard statutory warranty under Qatar Consumer Protection Law Art. 11 applies and you can contact us at any reasonable time within that period.

Refund method
Refunds go back to the original payment method. SkipCash refunds return to your card or Apple Pay / Google Pay device. WhatsApp-paid orders are refunded via bank transfer once you share the IBAN; that IBAN is deleted within 30 days of the refund completing.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp using the link on /contact, or email studio@mesh.com.qa, with your order number and the reason for return. We acknowledge within 2 business days and reply with the next steps within 7 days, in line with Qatar Consumer Protection Law Art. 18.
If we cannot agree on a resolution, you may escalate to the Consumer Protection Department of Qatar's Ministry of Commerce and Industry (cpd.gov.qa or 16001).
